Ingredients

1 1/3 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/6 oz Balsamic vinegar
2 drop Chocolate bitters
2 drop Grapefruit bitters
Top up with Brut sparkling wine

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 STIR first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass
  2. 2 Top with sparkling wine.
