1 1/2 oz Navy rum (ideally circa 55% alc./vol.)
1/2 oz Vodka
1 oz Banana liqueur
1/2 oz Lime juice
2 1/2 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Grenadine syrup

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

  1. 5 Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim.

Charles Tobias, the individual who originally owned Pusser's Rum, created this cocktail at the Beach Bar in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It was noted as being a favorite of a friend who had run his boat aground on a reef.
