1 2/3 oz Americano rosso
5/6 oz Scotch whisky
1/3 oz Cynar/carciofo amaro
2 drop Chocolate bitters

Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Method
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 RIM glass with cacao powder (moisten outside rim with sugar syrup and dip into cacao powder).
- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
