Ingredients
3 barspoon Quince mustard jam
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
- 1 STIR quince jam with vodka in base of shaker to dissolve jam
- 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
