1 2/3 oz Cognac (brandy)
3/4 oz Izarra Green (Vert) liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 dash Aromatic bitters

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare rosemary sprig for garnish.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. 5 Rosemary sprig.

History

Original recipe called for dushi buttons in place of sugar syrup. Dushi buttons are commonplace in Messinia, Greece, but a rarity in South London, hence this substitution.
