History

Similar to the Long Island Iced Tea, the Quattro Bianchi utilizes "all the white spirits in the well." However, it is notably dryer than most interpretations of the Long Island Iced Tea.

Quattro Bianchi, meaning "four whites" in Italian, originated in the 1980s as Italy's response to the Long Island Iced Tea.
