1 1/3 oz Aged Jamaican rum
1 1/3 oz Light gold rum 1-3yo
5/6 oz Pink grapefruit juice
5/6 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Cinnamon syrup
1/4 oz Passion fruit syrup
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
4 dash Aromatic bitters

How to make

Serve in a belgium beer glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a BELGIUM BEER GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprigs bouquet, lime slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry (sail).

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Tangy, fruity, rum-laced, and passion fruit-forward. Highly recommended!

Adapted from a recipe created around 2014 by William Prestwood at The Tonga Room, prior to his move to Pagan Idol, a Tiki bar in San Francisco, where it was also featured on the menu. The Quarantine Order is now more commonly associated with Pagan Idol. The original recipe was based on equal parts Appleton Estate Signature and Rum-Bar Gold rums.
