History

A Sweet Manhattan amplified with bitterness. Serve on the rocks if too punchy.

Julian Goglia, partner and principal bartender at The Pinewood Tippling Room in Decatur, Georgia, USA, created this recipe in 2012. The original preparation specifies a house-made substitute for Amer Picon and Old Forester Bohemian Bitters, which replaces tobacco bitters.
