Ingredients

7 fresh Mint leaves
4 oz Orange juice
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Grenadine syrup
1 fresh Egg yolk

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare orange slice for garnish.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN back into shaker.
  3. 5 DRY SHAKE (without ice).
  4. 6 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with orange slice.

Created in 1920 by Robert Vermeire at the Embassy Club in London, England, this non-alcoholic drink is named after 'Pussyfoot' (William E.) Johnson, who was an ardent supporter of Prohibition.
