Ingredients
1 oz Dark/black rum
1/4 oz Blue curaçao liqueur
1 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Grenadine syrup
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Method
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange slice and cherry on stick (sail).
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
