History
Rye-based (originally Jim Beam), it is served with dry vermouth and Antica Formula
Jake Burger presented his version of the Perfect Manhattan in 2011 at the Portobello Star in Notting Hill, London, England. This followed his collaboration with Robert Petrie of Bob's Bitters to create a reproduction of Abbott's Bitters. For his Manhattan, Jake uses Jim Beam rye whiskey, Noilly Prat Blanc Original dry vermouth, Carpano Antica Formula, and Abbott's Bitters.
