Ingredients

1/12 oz Absinthe
2 oz Cognac (brandy)
3/4 oz Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh
1/4 oz Americano bianco
1/6 oz Fernet liqueur

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 No garnish to prepare.

Method

  1. 3 RINSE chilled glass with absinthe, discard excess and set aside.
  2. 4 STIR other ingredients with ice.
  3. 5 STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Serve naked, without garnish.
