Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Dry vermouth
1/2 oz Crème de cassis
2 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.

Method

  1. 3 STIR first 2 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda water.

  1. 5 Garnish with lemon slice wheel.
