Ingredients
candied Fresh ginger
1 2/3 oz Cognac (brandy)
2/3 oz Ginger liqueur
1/3 oz Ginger wine
30 Unspecified
2/3 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
- 1 MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker
- 2 Add other ingredients, shake with ice and strain back into shaker
- 3 DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
