Ingredients
3/4 oz Cognac (brandy)
3/4 oz Grand Marnier
3/4 oz Apricot liqueur
3/4 oz Orange juice
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
2 dash Aromatic bitters
How to make
Serve in a martini glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and 2 drops of bitter on foamy head (spread with a cocktail stick) .
Method
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 4 DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
