2 oz Pisco
5/6 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 2/3 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass
  2. 2 TOP with soda, lightly stir and serve with straws.
