History

A delicious bittersweet aperitivo. Do not be tempted to stir; shake it to wake it, adding dilution and an attractively foamy head.

This recipe was adapted from a creation by J. E. Clapham of Clapham Cocktails in 2022. It is named in honor of one of Queen Elizabeth II's cherished Royal Pembroke Welsh Corgis; the Queen owned over 30 corgis from her accession in 1952 until her death in 2022.
