Ingredients
4 slice Cucumber (fresh)
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/3 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Orgeat syrup
2 oz Pineapple juice
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of cucumber slice or rolled and skewered cucumber ribbon.
Method
- 3 MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. (Ideally, cut skin from the cucumber log before chopping).
- 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
