1 fresh Passion fruit
1 1/3 oz Vodka
1 1/3 oz Passionfruit liqueur
1/4 oz Lime juice

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of float half a fresh passion fruit boat.

Method

  1. 3 Wash and cut 2 fresh passion fruits in half.
  2. 4 SCOOP out the seeds and flesh from 2 of the passion fruit halves into your shaker.
  3. 5 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  4. 6 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with one of the remaining passion fruit halves floated on surface.
