Ingredients
1 oz Blanco tequila
2/3 oz Triple sec
1/3 oz Red bitter liqueur
2/3 oz Lime juice
2/3 oz Agave syrup
Xanthan gum (E415)
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel.
Method
- 3 DRY BLEND (without ice) first 5 ingredients (all but Xanthan gum) on a slow setting and then gradually add Xanthan while continuing to blend.
- 4 Add half a 7oz scoop of crushed ice and BLEND some more.
- 5 POUR into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 6 Garnish with lime slice wheel.
