Ingredients
1 2/3 oz Bourbon whiskey
1 1/3 oz Pineapple liqueur
2/3 oz Lemon juice
1/6 oz Vanilla liqueur
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)

Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Method
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge or dehydrated pineapple slice.
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
