Ingredients
12 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Light gold rum 1-3yo
3/4 oz Licor 43
2 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Lime juice
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
Method
- 2 Gently MUDDLE mint in glass (just to bruise).
- 3 Add other ingredients.
- 4 Two-thirds fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN with barspoon.
- 5 Fill glass with more crushed ice and briefly CHURN.
Garnish
- 6 Serve with a straw.
