1/2 oz Lime juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered pineapple wedge or dehydrated pineapple slice and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

  1. 5 Garnish with skewered pineapple wedge (or dehydrated slice) and maraschino cherry.
