1 2/3 oz Irish whiskey
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
4 oz Pickle soda

How to make

Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml) glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered gherkin.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into chilled glass. (No ice in glass.)
  3. 5 TOP with pickle soda.

  1. 6 Garnish with skewered gherkin.
