Ingredients

1 slice red chili pepper
3 sprig Coriander/cilantro
2 oz Reposado tequila
1 oz Lime juice
2/3 oz Agave syrup

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of chilli pepper slices.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE chilli and coriander/cilantro in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with chilli pepper slices. (Depending on strength, perhaps warn drinker not to eat.)
