Ingredients

1 oz Gin
1 oz Orange-red aperitivo
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 dash Orange bitters
2/3 oz Egg white (pasteurised)

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  3. 3 DRY SHAKE (without ice).
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
