1 oz Peated malt whisky
3/4 oz Cherry brandy
3/4 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth
3/4 oz Blood orange juice
1/6 oz Red bitter liqueur
3 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (discarded) and float dehydrated blood orange slice or skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
