History
A vodka martini with pear flavour and delicate, harmonious floral elderflower.
While searching for a suitable name incorporating 'pear,' the memory of Swedish adventurer Per Lindstrand surfaced. Lindstrand, alongside entrepreneur Richard Branson, achieved the first transatlantic crossing by hot-air balloon on 2-3 July 1987. A misremembered name and a spelling error led to the name Pearlinstrum.
