  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of pear slice on rim (& pegged elderflower bouquet when in season).
  3. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
