6 drop Saline solution 4:1
4 1/3 oz White peach and jasmine soda

Serve in a collins glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered peach wedge and spray with peated whisky mist.
  3. 3 POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. 4 Briefly STIR.
