6 fresh Basil leaves
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/4 oz Bianco/blanco vermouth
1/4 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 1/4 oz White peach purée

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of peach wedge.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE basil in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with peach wedge on rim.
