2 oz Bourbon whiskey
1/3 oz Chartreuse Yellow
1/3 oz Amaro (e.g. CioCiaro)
2 dash Lemon bitters

How to make

Serve in a nick & nora glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

This drink is based on a recipe developed by J. E. Clapham of Clapham Cocktails between late-2023 and early-2024. Its name honors Vincenzo Paolucci, the creator of Amaro Ciociaro in 1873.
