Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Blanco tequila
2/3 oz Rose petal liqueur
1/3 oz Pamplemousse liqueur
1/6 oz Génépi liqueur
1/2 oz Lime juice
1 1/2 oz Pink grapefruit juice
1 1/2 oz Pink grapefruit soda

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 RIM glass with Himalayan pink salt (moisten outside edge with grapefruit juice and dip into salt).

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring grapefruit soda.

Garnish

  1. 5 Serve naked, without garnish.
