Eric Alperin, of The Varnish in Los Angeles, California, devised this drink. His recipe calls for: 60ml (2oz) Mezcal 30ml (1oz) Lime juice 7.5ml (¼oz) Yellow Chartreuse 7.5ml (¼oz) Maraska Maraschino Cherry Liqueur 5ml (barspoon) Agave syrup.
