1/3 oz Absinthe
2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Sake
1/6 oz Honey and water syrup

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

  1. 1 POUR absinthe into ice-filled glass and top with water
  2. 2 Leave the mixture to stand in the glass
  3. 3 Separately, STIR all ingredients with ice
  4. 4 Finally discard contents of absinthe-coated glass and fine strain contents of shaker into absinthe washed glass.
