1 1/2 oz Amaretto liqueur
1 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
3/4 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/4 oz Heavy/double cream

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of cocoa powder or grated nutmeg.

Method

  1. 3 STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  3. 5 FLOAT thin layer of cream evenly over cocktail.

Garnish

  1. 6 Dust with cocoa powder or freshly grated nutmeg.
