- 2 Prepare garnish of Gorgonzola (or Roquefort) cheese stuffed large olive (well chilled).

- 4 STRAIN into chilled (preferably frozen) glass.

This drink is an adaptation of a recipe by Monica Berg at Tayēr + Elementary in London, England. The original was prepared in batches and featured the bar's house vodka, Riserva Speciale Ambrato Vermouth, and Una Palma fino sherry.
