History

Umeshu accentuates cognac's fruity notes. Depending on your Umeshu, a quarter spoon of sugar syrup may be needed.

This recipe is adapted from one created in 2015 by Joe Prout at the Captains Club Hotel in Christchurch, England. Joe's original recipe specified Martell Cordon Bleu cognac.
