Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Blanco tequila
4 oz Pink grapefruit juice
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
6 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of salted grapefruit wedge.

Method

  1. 3 BLEND hand-pressed grapefruit juice to make frothy.
  2. 4 POUR all ingredients into shaker to combine (but don't shake).
  3. 5 POUR ingredients into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with salted grapefruit wedge.
