Ingredients
3 slice Cucumber (fresh)
8 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Gin
1 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of cucumber slice speared with mint sprigs bouquet.
Method
- 3 MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. (Ideally, cut skin from the cucumber log before chopping).
- 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
Garnish
- 6 Garnish with a mint sprigs speared cucumber slice.
