2/3 oz Pink grapefruit juice
1/2 oz Rhubarb aperitivo (e.g. Santoni)
1/3 oz Chamomile/Camomile liqueur

Serve in a coupe glass

  2. 2 Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.

  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
