History

A menthol-like citrus freshness balances bittersweet herbal and rooty notes. The large amount of banana liqueur is surprisingly integrated and defines this aperitivo/digestivo.

This drink was adapted from a recipe developed at Blythe & Burrows, located in Portland, Maine, USA.
