Ingredients

2 slice Fresh ginger
2 oz Aged rum (6-10yr)
90 Unspecified
1 oz Cranberry juice
1/4 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Maple syrup

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of pear wedge.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients.
  3. 5 SHAKE with ice.
  4. 6 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
