History

A dry, characterful aperitivo with aquavit at its heart and hints of peaty whisky freshened by herbal citrus.

Leo Robitschek created this cocktail in 2018 at the NoMad Hotel in New York City. It was subsequently featured in his 2019 book, The NoMad Cocktail Book. The drink was initially prepared using Laphroaig 10-Year Islay Scotch whisky.
