Ingredients
1 3/4 oz Reposado tequila
2/3 oz Vermouth alla vaniglia
1/2 oz Maraschino liqueur
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 dash Barrel-aged bitters
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lemon and orange zests, and coffee beans.
Method
- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 5 EXPRESS lemon and orange zest twists over cocktail and discard.
- 6 Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated on the surface to represent health, wealth and happiness.
