Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lemon and orange zests twists and coffee beans.
Method
- 3 RINSE glass with mezcal (swirl around to coat and discard excess) and set to one side.
- 4 STIR other ingredients with ice.
- 5 STRAIN into mezcal rinsed glass.
Garnish
- 6 Express lemon and orange zest twists over the cocktail and use as garnish.
- 7 Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated on the surface to represent health, wealth and happiness.
