Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
1/4 oz Peated malt whisky
3/4 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth
1/4 oz Walnut liqueur
1/6 oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
2 dash Barrel-aged bitters
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist curled to resemble Nessie.

- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

- 5 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
