1 1/3 oz Manzanilla sherry
1/3 oz Mezcal
1/3 oz Blue curaçao liqueur
1/3 oz Pineapple liqueur
1/3 oz Gentian liqueur
1/3 oz Bitter bianco liqueur
1/3 oz Tonic water

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 STIR first 6 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.
  3. 5 TOP with tonic water.

Garnish

  1. 6 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
