Ingredients

3/4 oz Gin
3/4 oz Amaro (e.g. Meletti)
3/4 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth
3/4 oz Orange juice
3 dash Orange bitters

How to make

Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml) glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest (grated).

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. 5 CHURN to redistribute ice and top with more crushed ice to fill glass if necessary.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish by grating orange zest over the cocktail.
