History

A full and balanced profile, with bittersweet and bright citrus sour notes playing harmoniously with the characterful rum.

Adapted from a recipe created by J. E. Clapham of Clapham Cocktails, Oxford, England. The original preparation used Appleton Estate 8 Year Reserve Rum, leading to its name, which references a valley on the Appleton estate in Jamaica.
